Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:


If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 3 days after the date of delivery and we have made the returns so easy for you!


As per the time limit of return is 3 days:
1. If different packages have a delivery time gap of less than 3 days, returns can be processed together and within the return timeframe.
2. If different packages have a delivery time gap of more than 3 days, please process the returns separately to stay within the return timeframe.

Process for self-help return:

1.Sign in to ANIX account.
2. In My Orders , click the “Return partial order” button if you want to return only a few items from the complete order. Click on the "Return complete order" button if you wish to return the entire order.

3. Fill in the return and refund form
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
5. In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
6. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of ANIX return center.
6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 3 working days. The refund will be returned to you ANIX wallet or to your original payment account.
7. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your ANIX wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
*If your order is paid by COD, then your wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, it can be used together with coupon code and points on your next purchase.

Return Conditions

​

1. Return Time & Order Status
a. Returns must be postmarked within 3 days after the date of delivery.
b. Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
c. If you receive a damaged/defective item, we should be notified within 24 hours of receipt either by ANIX Customer Service/email us at anixjewelry@gmail.com


2. Available Return Items
a. Correct Product - image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
b. Complete Product - All in-the-box accessories (like earrings with necklace set etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
c. Unused Product - The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
d. Undamaged Product - The product (including earrings, necklace, bangles, hair accessories or any kind of freebies etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
e. Undamaged Packaging - Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

3. Bundling Promotion Items Return/Items with Certain Promotions Return
a. All items in bundling promotion are not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
b. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
c. Items with 'non-returnable', 'flash sale', 'promotion item cannot be returned' marks as well free gifts, cannot be returned and exchanged.
d. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Regarding Mismatched Products
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of non-ANIX products.

5. Return Method & Cost
We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please Note: ANIX reserves the right not to process returns in the following situations:
1. Return Exceeds the return time limit
2. Return Non-ANIX Items
3. Return items belong in the NON-Returnable category
4. Return without application.

Refunds


1. Refund method
The refund will be initiated to your ANIX Wallet or the original payment account per your request.


2. Refund process time
a. Refund will be initiated within 72 hours from ANIX side upon receipt of your package.
b. If you choose ANIX Wallet, the money will be refunded to your ANIX account( within 48 hours after ANIX initiated).
c. If you choose Original Payment Account, specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after ANIX initiated).


3. Deduction
Pick-up service charge for ₹ 65 will be deducted from the total refund. The self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for items price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
